Satsuma Oranges can be stored at room temperature for a couple of weeks or refrigerated for several weeks.   Satsuma mandarin skin is thin, pliable, and has a "airy" and puffy look and feel.   Don't let the looks of the peel fool you!  This a deliciously sweet-tart mandarin!
